Click on the device. Scroll down to the bottom where it shows the "Associated Data Queries" and add the "SNMP - Get Processor Information" data query. Make sure after adding that you have Success next to it and some rows. Then scroll back up the top and click the link for "*Create Graphs for this Device" on the upper right.

Scroll down the graph creation page and check the boxes next to the graphs you want to create. Click Create at the bottom.

Thank you for your reply cigamit,
so i have one more question about that, if i customize the graph template as below step, how can i create rrd ?
1. create datasource template with MIB-CPU0
2. create graph template with MIB - CPU0
3. create new graph & add graph to devices ( for example : windows )
4. observe created graph ( management/graph )
5. observe data source ( management/data source ) => the data source that is appropriate to graph does not include the rrd directory.
for normal case, the rrd will generate automatically.
Please support!

There is no indication you're following instructions.
You don't need to customize these things to graph a windows 2019 CPU or ANY CPU in ANY Os that supports SNMP.
CPU's are queries automatically with the "SNMP - Get Processor Information" query. With the "*Create Graphs for this Device" button you can then select which(or multiple, or all, or _total) CPU(s) you want to monitor.
RRD's are then created automatically.

The graph template you can customize like you want it to look.
